Filter Maintenance Tasks by Updated and Created Time
With this new filter for Maintenance Task, we are taking your efficiency and task management to the next level. The newly introduced filter functions now allow you to sort and filter maintenance tasks based on both their creation and update dates. This advancement addresses a crucial need expressed by our users, enabling you to view and manage tasks within specific time frames, streamlining your workflow and decision-making process.
This update stems from our commitment to providing solutions that align with your needs. With the ability to filter by time for both task creation and updates, you will gain unprecedented clarity into your maintenance activities. For instance, you can now easily identify new tasks that require your attention within a given time period or review tasks that have been closed, assigned, or updated, all without the frustration of manual sorting.
You can select from a range of relative time filters like the current and previous natural day, week, month, quarter, or year. Whether you are interested in the tasks closed in the last week, new tasks created this week, or need to manage tasks based on closure dates, these new filter options offer a streamlined way to navigate your maintenance tasks efficiently.
You can filter your maintenance tasks either by tasks created or tasks updated and then add the time period you are interested in.
Printable Maintenance Task
In response to our new Maintenance Task Checklist, a few customers expressed the need to print individual maintenance tasks from their DataPortal for their non-digital filing system, which is why we are happy to introduce the Printable Maintenance Task upgrade.
This update now ensures that you can easily print a single task, complete with task descriptions, activities, assigned personnel, and a comprehensive task history. Your ability to print individual tasks with comprehensive information underscores our dedication to making your workflow smoother and more efficient. Bid farewell to unnecessary printouts and embrace a practical approach to task record management.
The printed maintenance task includes the activities, descriptions, assigned personnel, as well as the task history and completion note.
